This was the first time I painted at the LA River. I saw many other artists along this strange intertwining concrete and natural waterway.
The birds, the bent trees, the bits of trash caught along the tree branches as if they were bursting flowers caught in the flow of the rapid currents. Evidence of the coexistence of man and nature.
