The Grey Day Windmill

Some days are grey days with subtle colors.
Some paintings are beautiful within their shapes and
and nuances. Though this is from a recent time, the compostion a
and color felt as if it were from many years ago. I felt a connection
to my Grandmother, FLora, who was part Dutch. She too was an artist
and I recently rediscovered a windmill painting she did probably over
85 years ago.

Very nice! It's an unusual kind of painting for your genre which is great creative exercise. It's a
ompelling image. JMC
