Today I plein air painted at Eaton Canyon. I wondered how everything would work out with the overcast sky. The blanket of soft grays brought a subtle richness to the color in the mountains. The soft bank of clouds touching the peaks. Occasionally the color would intensify when the sun would sneak out for a moment.
The experience felt fresh, revitalizing.
